I'd hate to think I look "geeky", but I certainly don't look the part, and have given plenty of people a surprise when they've discovered what i'm up to over the years.

Looks can be decieving. And they can help you get away with a lot more than you would otherwise too.

Like, I grow loads of flowers and vegetables and stuff. I'm on a disability pension so have loads of time on my hands. if i "looked the part", I'd never get away with growing so many strains of opium poppies in the back yard. But as it is, my lifestyle, and quiet living, the neighbors are quiet satisified I don' really know what it is I'm growing, and grow them purely for asthetics.

And the mysterious carrying flood and drain tables in and out of the garage, and pots and so forth continually going in and out of the house goes without suspicion too. I've chatted with the neighbors as I carry the gear in and out to clean between crops without batting an eyelid. I have so much gardening going on around the place, they wouldn't know where it began and ended. Compost heaps, worm farms, indoor plants, vegie patches, flower gardens....keep em guessing. By the time they see me washing expanded clay as I'm talking to them, they've given up asking .

cheers

rob

gas stoves for speed mini lab factories is a recipe for a big ***BOOOM***

I belive you need electric heat not gas heat for speed production. As they use fuckloads of flameable liquids. It's reported that for every kilogram of speed, you need least 70-90 litres worth of flamable liquids for the production for every kilo of speed, and often these 70-90 litres of flameable end up in your gutter and they go to your local rivers and the beach. Bastards.

I recently moved and while I was looking for houses I seen one with a 3Mx4Mx2M growroom under the garage which was 1M away from a main road. Extra taps and sockets were added, exhaust fan holes were cut, locks were good and it smelt nice - heh [no I didnt take the house].
