I recently moved and we moved into a nice 3brm house with double lockup garage. The garage had a store room in it that we didn't really look in until after we moved in. Well anyway this storeroom is about 1.5metres * 3metres with a built in cupboard at one end. The room has large brass hooks all in the roof and a hole cut in the cieling for an exhaust fan. The wall also has 4 removable brick that open into the wall cavety (yes i know i can't spell) while the rest of the walls have dried glue on them where they must have stuck up a reflective surface. We thought this was all very funny then we checked the workbench in the garage next to the room and in the crack between the wood that made up the bench was shitloads of really old dried leaf and the ocassional bud. Have to admit i LAUGHED my ass off . Man this room has all the hard work done HEHEHEHEHE

Thats similar to what my father in law found about 3 months ago when he was called to one of his customers homes to do some tiling. She found this huge wooden structure in the shed, which the previous tenants told her was a photographic studio...theres 700$ worth of 20mm wood lined with pink batts then another layer of wood...a door....some old 50 litre buckets...and in the shed after I had a scout around about ten bags of old perlite and leaf....

 

I took the room down and took me 3 hours to disassemble it and then another 3 hours to move it all to build my boy a cubby house....

local/Police might already know about it..

due to shit going down there from previous tenants..

dont wanna put a damper on your new crib..

but its just sumthing u might wanna

thats a good point ele.....rental properties where people have been selling mj or growing mj and have been under police suspicion may stand a higher chance of getting busted than the average suburban house...

 

But in saying that police have a finite amount of resources...and not enuff time to watch everyone....unless your hanging with the big boyz

yeah me hanging with da big boyz, got me an uzi under me pillow and im actually a drug lord in disguise. Actually just interested in growing to stop buying.... prices you pay for something that can be grown are stupid!! Only want enough to supply me and housemate not selling or nuffin like that, increases chances of getting caught and i dont want that.

Elfunk that makes me laugh as i have had a similar experience, had been living and growing in a rental for 12 months, very nice un-suss area, the house was only about 5 years old, quite upmarket actually, had slate floors, big open plan living, huge kitchen with the biggest gas stove ive ever seen, this thing was like one you'd find in a restaurant or someone's house who really loved to cook , wich i do, so that was one of the main reasons we chose the house.

Anyway after 12months and a couple of nice grows under my belt im out the back chatting to the bloke next door, hadnt had much to do with him as he and his wife were very staightlaced/geeky, we started talking about the previous tenants, wich were the original owners, old mother with her late 20's son, apparently they had been using the place as a speed factory, hence the fucken big stove for cooking the shit !!!!!! I mumbled how horrible it was that someone could produce illicit drugs in suburbia and all that guff, little did he know that 5 metres from his property i was growing mullies and making hash oil

and to cook up speed in a kitchen without a propper lab and ventilation

is nutz..

i dont know if u guys have read up on recipes on making meth or speed

but the left over the left over fumes lingering in a house

will b enuff too cause cancer or other lung problems..

Ele I suspect it might have been the star force officers and guys in white protective clothes that might have tipped off the neighbours....that and the 20 or so cops...the news reporters...cop cars...fire engines....
