Abc News-Study Helps Marijuana Smokers Kick The Habit

Any significant change to routine can cause psychological withdrawal, just adding to the post above.

 

For example, my housemate and her child left me about I don't know 6 months ago. For the first few weeks, I actually felt quite significantly depressed and inclined to anger, I was quite on the edge at times. Its strange, my reaction is simular when I run out to pot. I guess pot has a lot of emotional significance to me, and in that being the case, I guess it is somewhat a psychological crux to me. My moods are fairly easily disrupted, and I have always been quite emotionally volatile (indeed highly so).

 

So when I run out of pot, I can get moody, especially if something else happens which aggrivates my mood at the same time (some drama WHILE I am out of pot). However I don't go around saying I am addicted, take me to rehab, what a load of rubbish. I definately could stop pot if I wanted, I'm not saying I would love doing so, but I could do so. However the benefits pot gives me far outway any mild negatives.
