Any LED growers out there

Hey guys been looking about the forums but can't seem to find any information out there on growing with LED's.

 

Is there anybody out there growing with led's. If so would love to share some info

If your going to grow with LED's you have to but a decent triband or quad band unit, not those dinky panels off of Ebay, a decent LED set up to replace a 400w HID will set you back about 600-700 bucks, High powered LED systems (thats what you need) are about 1000 bucks. mate, bang for buck, go with a HID, cheap , reliable and easy to work with.

LED is a great way to grow and cost savings in power are huge, But until they start sorting out the spectrums and strength of the LED's (anything under 3watt per LED is a waste of time) I would not recommend trying to do a GOOD grow with them.

I have seen people grow buds with UFO's and the like but they are always lacking in some area.

If you still wanna go for it, type LED grow light Systems into google. One guy in california is the MAN when it comes to LED's but the systems are pricey. Best of Luck. Gh72
