We have no need to educate smokers, we have a pressing need to educate and inform the politicians and to make it easier for them to do a 180. At the moment they are managing about a 20 degrees change.

Yeah but the trouble is that by the time they learn that prohibition is a total failure they are retiring, or being retired.

 

Here in Tasmania it looks as though the court system is trying to educate the government: http://www.courts.tas.gov.au/ check out the Supreme Court / Judgements, there’s a recent sentence there for cultivation that you will find hard to believe.
