Not sure what you mean by that one Huckler. Are you saying he should have gone to jail for the pot, or the MDMA? Or the gun? Being Stanhope, he more than likely lives in a rural area, so having guns at a property wouldn't be all that surprising. But I can't access the rest of the story, so you might know more about this story than what I do. It could go on to say he's got a string of priors or there may be some other extenuating circumstance I'm unaware of. But I would have thought it's a more than fair result given what little detail is in that snippet.

I'm certainly not a lawyer and I have no legal background whatsoever to substantiate my comments but I've heard of people doing time for a lot less is all.

 

This guy firstly has drug related priors, then he's caught with over half a kg of MDMA, as well as cannabis and a gun.

 

Maybe I don't know what I'm talking about but it sounds like a big fuck up to me.
