$40 for an OZ anyone?....

i saw $40 oz and came running... i mean i live in an area (FNQ) where it is impossible to find any decent strands we are a 80% bush 20% hygie sorta town and well i paid $430 only 3 days ago for an oz of some blueberry yum which is the first time i've had a bud of such quality and was a good buy in my mind to be able to experiance such goodness

 

but i would love one day to be able to buy a $40oz if it causes a clusterfuck for the first few months oh well so be it it's been illegal for god knows how long now i'd be willing to stick it out to be able to buy green that cheap

honestly, i dont mind paying the current price, i think its worth it, I would simply like it legalised so the availability of decent grass improves, its the struggle to find it and the quality you get when you can sometimes that pisses me off, not the price

i don't mind the prices i find in the city are's i agree with you there i'm happy to pay up to $300 and put up with whatever quality i got given i sometimes get hold of a $250 oz of bush and although it's not the prettiest looking it's an alright smoke and get's the job done it's paying $430 for decent quality strands i am fed up with

 

i would like to see the legalisation of marijuana use just so i feel more comfortable about not having social services rocking up on my door one day taking my daughter from me because her father uses class a drugs, when in the reality the fact is i like a couple of cones after work to relieve the stress of my job (bouncer) and so it's easier to fall into a decent sleep i don't consider that being a danger towards the upbringing of my family

 

better quality would definatly be the result of easing up on cannibis laws and it's an on-going war everyday

Brother i hear you! every day i stress about my little one getting taken, and now im going into court for custody battles i am so scared that my idiot ex will say something and ill lose my son cause of a positive drug test, or i'll have a saliva test while driving and be in trouble, when my ex may be smoke free and can detox from the crap he takes within a week or two, but woulod be the real danger to our son. its crap, just crap.

thats kinda what i meant tho about problems with availability, im too scared to even look for it in this new area cause i dont want to get in trouble, if i didnt have a bub i wouldnt be so scared, but as is i know ill just take whatever i can get if it comes up, i dont have any choice

And that $40 bucks an ounce would likely contain a heavy taxation burden included in that price.

 

It will eventually become a legal product. I don't see a problem with large scale commercial production for the average consumer. Let's face it, even though you CAN make a homebrew that blows VB out of the barrel so to speak it doesn't mean that most people have a homebrew kit in their shed.
