CANNA Finally Responds to question

About 4 months ago I posted here asking if anyone knew the dilution rate to Canna Bio nutes. Luke SW put up a post with no idea (thanks for at least the post Luke) At about the same time I hit Canna Australia with the same question. Today - months on - I received this :peace:.... (meantime I had got the dilution rates from an English hydro store which is owned by a friend)

Ahhh canna customer service. Nothing like it. Literally.

 

I mean ffs ignore the timeframe for just a second, they don't have a forward button on their email? They don't speak to each other internationally through this wondering interwebz? Well, obviously not because they seem to have just discovered a keyboard evidenced by forgetting that the capslock was on.

Yes I was surprised that they were yelling at me Luke SW:-) COME IN CANNA, I NEED SOME HELP LONG AFTER MY CROP CYCLE IS FINISHED!!!!!! Pretty shambolic customer services and yes I am now using House and Garden but not because of CANNAs lame support. I've got to say I'm very impressed with the H and G and doubt I will ever go back to CANNA.
