I trust our government sometimes Yes this is the best way to get accurate statistics. But cops lie cheat and steal to have you arrested. another reason why they dont want to legalize it's so mainstream to smoke dope that it's easy to bust people. which puts statistics up for police so they can say we need more funding and mor police.. Remember policing is just a business if they don't use all of a budget it gets cut like any other business. but if they keep going over they eventually get an increase. Hey you cant blame them for wanting to arrest more people the more arrests. they are all just after more money the more arrests they make the more chance of promotion.
