Big Recommendation for BlueLab

My bluelab truncheon failed. Email sent and they asked questions and eventually meter was sent across the ditch (NZ). Within 5 days of them acknowledging it's arrival a brand new meter was returned.

I have been very busy of late but they emailed every few weeks asking how the meter was which eventually motivated me to mail it.

 

 

Brilliant service...........cannot recommend enough. Got 6yrs out of my last one.

Yeah, the service is top notch... i had the spring thing inside the cap (that pushes down and connects to the battery) fall out after about 1 week.

Gave them a call and a few days later i had a new one via express post, no cost, no fuss, awesome stuff

I had to send mine at a cost of $7.......but got a new meter.
