white rhino x bid bud clones going yellow

hey guy iam haveing a problem with 4 clones yellowing 2 bigger 1s looking ok 3rd not looking so gud but the 4th is small and yellowing fast i have spotted a spider like thing in tent it was big as a 5 cent peice i also seen a couple of little withe bugs that jump havnt seen any lately wen i got clones they had roots and where in the bigger rockwool soaked in water i transplanted into coco and perlite been 1 week esaclty today the guy i gotem off said keep under a fluro for another week but i chuckem under the 400mh 1 meter away gradully bringing light down letting all clones all dry for out now waterd with ph adjusted half strengh nutes plz advice picture is of smallest and worst 1 will put all piks up but cant putem at once

another pik of the light burnt 1 diff angel any advice will be good. to me there looking ok may pull thru but not sure on the small yellow sickly 1 i defintly know therers a couple of insects in tent not a plage yet but not sure if pests hard to identifi on internet one insect hangs under pots white and jumps havnt seen any in a couple of days killed about 5 killed 1 tiny black spider i white dots and spoted mossie things killed 4 and today notice spider black with long legs size 5 cent peice coudlnt kill it
