flowering but browning stems

Hi There

 

Have issue and question.

 

I am now about 16 days into flowering and switched to 'bud' nutrients..etc..

 

The plants stretched a bit for the first week, but it appears to have stopped and they are really starting to solidly bud up. However, I have noticed that a couple of the leaves here and there are going a bit light green and yellow. Also noticed that the steps have gone a kinda purple/brown at some parts, but still normal green at other points. Is this anything to worry about? One other forum, someone else had the problem and dropped the PH with a touch of vinegar in the water, but I don't want to start messing around unless I'm sure.

 

Second (question) - When I harvest the plants, should I put them in complete darkness for 24 hours and feed nothing but water for three days before harvesting?

flush for at least a week or two with plain water to help get rid of most of the crap that builds up in the plant.....Not sure about whats going on with the browning of the stems, could be your over watering them?????....spaceleaf..................

your browning off of the leaves is most likely a nitrogen def, caused by switching to the flowering nutes

 

your purple/dark stems could be from low air temps
