buyind your hydro supplies

g'day all,ive not grow inside for years now 15-16 yrs,. But when i did i was always paronoid about going to the hydro shop,.Im starting again, but would like your ideas to get ya supplies without getting followed home by our filthy friends,as has been the case in NZ, ive parked and walked aways but thats not always pratical.Iv borrow cars ,but not always able to borrow a car. Is it safe to order on line, maybe sent to a friends address, but again this causes probs with stealth. Can anyone suggest any safe ways, Do you know of a good hydro shop in your area that you suggest, or any other ways to keep under the radar.

Dude you seem a little paranoid, I have never heard (in Adelaide) of the police following people home from hydro shops...

 

Some items (ie lights, ballasks) need photo ID in South Australia, get a friend to do this, somebody that does not have a criminal record (especially for growing).. Then get the equipment off them.

 

You could probably buy some of it under your own ID, but I wouldn't do this if you have a criminal record, because they might be trying to build an information database and link up buyers of equipment with known criminal growing records.. They then might look at the electricity consumption of such a persons residence and use that to justify a "raid".

 

Its a dangerous world. Growing is illegal and thus legally dangerous, but not immoral. Most of us don't believe that, as marijuana is plenty safer than alcohol.

 

I am a bit paranoid because my neighbor told me somebody down the road who had a reasonably large electricity bill (but for legit reasons) had people turn up and knock on his door asking all these questions about their electricity usage.

you can call me paranoid, its just happened in new zealand, and i bet if they seen someone loading 20l drums of nuts in a car at a hydro shop that would want to know who you are. seems like an easy way to identify growers when they getting their supplies, it dont take a paranoid to work that out.
