I did a google search and learnt a lot about the taproots and soil. I might carefully go through the soil to raise up any seeds that are too deep. I need to do my homework more!

Hey ganjamax, just doing a thread on germination right now in grow diaries under 'Grasshooppers Stealth cupboard grow aka mini me' sorry, I'm shit at links =). the browned tap root unfortunately is not a good sign, usually means it's cactus.

I have water sitting in my seedling box and it is OK as long as you dump it once a week and do a top up once a day. DO not use any nutes while you are cracking/starting your seeds, it will make them die.

Ok, now I'm just crapping on, read the thread, buy some jiffies and start again, she'll be apples =) GH72

Have a look at this site. Got shit loads of info on hydro growing. Bit hard imo to move hydro gear around though. bocicbw.
