question about vaporisers and the vapour itself

I was just curious and wondered about the vapours when they are released from the bud. Is it possible to "harvest" the vapour so that it collaborates back into a liquid and use that as an additive for cooking or adding to a drink or something? or should I say will it work?

Essentially what you you are asking is, is it possible to distill the THC and collect it?

 

The answer is yes however, you will not be able to do it very well with your vaporiser.

You will need to buy or setup a still, you can do steam distillation ghetto style by modding a pressure cooker.

 

Do some research on distillation if you are really keen to do it that way but i is easier to do a butane or acetone extraction.

it's more about extracting the THC into a liquid rather than extracting it into a honey but i'll suss it out

sold in seperate pieces or as water purifyers

Steam distillation will only extract the terpines and other essential oils that have a relatively low boiling point. Thc has a boiling point well over 100c and so will be left behind in the process.

My aromed has an oil build up in the water(like a tan scum). The manual and website state you can drink the water and I have no doubt u can't as it is nothing even remotely like bong water.

Stay away from the Acetone unless you wish to FRY your brain,
