Hey guys, ive herd this shit before too, ppl wanting magic mushrooms so they can squeeze the juice out and inject their plants with or liquid LSD and its a load of crap! Id think that injecting anything into your plants would result in death of your crop and a harsh lesson lernt. I have however heard of ppl spraying flat coke cola or lemonade over there drying plants so they become sticky and have a sweet smell, or heroin laced water so it fucks you up harder and think ive even been sold the later and its not cool, if 1 cone in you turn yellow and vomit all night seems like a good thing give it a try

I seriously doubt that cannabis can pull up any kind of opiod through the root system, and I doubt even more that someone would be stupid enough to put heroin into their feed water.

 

You can certainly smoke heroin and other opiods, and some people even go so far as to put a rock on top of their cone, but it wouldn't be done in the way you describe.

Hey Luke i didn't mean H in the hydroponics water i meant as in water from a pump pack spray bottle, sprayed over the drying crop. I have herd reports of fly spray being used to change the "high" but i think its more a case of fly spray being used to kill spider mites or something and in turn ends up on the bud and yet another urban myth is born.

In the end if there is any one plant that receives the most hateful kind of propaganda it would have to be cannabis. How many years has it been that its been illegal? and how close has any agency come to controlling it? the answer is too long and no where even close! i would like to think that most of these so called methods to modify the bud is nothing more than DEA propaganda filtering through the community in an attempt to scare ppl off weed. Just about everything ever passed down from law enforcement agency's has been a lie, weed is not a gateway drug and studies have shown alcohol to be the 1st drug ppl use and move on from not weed. anyway off topic a bit just my 2c worth

But indeed it IS true that these types of experimentations have been done ...

I mean ... we are talkin about stoners and/or profiteers here ... quite the combination of ideas if combined

People sure have injected their plants with all manner of things ... though to clarify upfront ... I don't know of any real successes in this field of "science"

 

1. Mushroom Juice ... I've heard this too , many years ago ... you simply take an extract of Psilocybin (yah , real simple man heheh) and you inject it into the stems of the plant in the hope that it travels up into the flowers and stays there ... I'm no expert at much if anything ... but I'd guess this doesn't work , and yes most likely make the plants sick , the people I talked to that had done it were advanced in their their intellect (for the most part) and they did explain to me how it could work in theory ... but I know just a tad more about horticulture these dys and I think this was certainly just and only a "theory" and nothing more ... but I canna say one way or the other with 100% satisfaction either way. No Worries.

 

2. Silica ... So most have heard about the stories of increasing the eventual 'Weight' of the substance using such ingredients ... It works as far as I know ... the common application is thru feeding or even soaking the whole plant/roots after harvest before drying. Direct sprays have also reportedly been used but I think this would be more rare ... and think of the "glass beads" they were finding in the adulterated Cannabis in the UK a few years back. Well ... aside from all that I've also heard of it being injected directly into the plant ... I'm not sure of the results but thought I'd mention it.

 

3. Electricity ... well , I don't want to be here typing all night ... so I thought I'd start cutting to the chase ... Yep , Electricity has been injected into plants since electricity was first invented ... All minerals and Vegetables and Animals were injected with electricity ofc , including the not so humble humankind.

Cannabis was not left out of the fray ... I never looked into it much but the very first Canna-Cultivation book I ever owned 15+ years ago had a small chapter about it (Ed Rosenthal and Mel Frank , I'm sure many remember ) ... I found it fascinating , but at that time there was no absolutely conclusive evidence ... although some intruiging results.

 

4. Flavourings and Additives ... well , one more can't hurt. This has been done also ... even by young mates at the time ... sure you could fertilize a plant almost completely with Mangoes ... or Apples ... or Coconut Milk or Honey , whatever ya like ... but what about just injecting the pure juice or flavourings ... or heaven forbid , colourings ... directly into the plant? ... well ofc it's been done ... and although much biased anectdotal evidence was communicated ... as far as I know there is very little evidence to suggest this can work in any practical terms.

 

5. Heroin , Cocaine , Speed and other such Substances ... Wtf!? ... no way man! ... who would waste good drugs trying that!? ... heheh , I've heard of 2 of those 3 being tried also believe it or not ... same as above ... nothing has been proven conclusively , and these substances particularly ... wouldn't be spared for such experiments in this day and age ... So until all drugz are legalized and cheap ... we will have to wait for the results of this type of "science" for now.

P.s. From what I heard "Fly-Spray" or general household insect killer certainly was a problem back in the day , especially around inner Sydney at that time (um , mid-late 90's) ... I can't say I ever personally experienced it but in those years I heard from too many people of these goings on to ever dispute it wasn't happening , it was a simple as people not being educated (or bothered) enough to be able to combat Indoor Pests in a safe manner ... "hmm , spiderwebs all on the plants? ... good dose of Mortein/Baygon will fix that , afterall ... It's just commercial weed and I won't personally be smoking it" ... ewww!!!

I think that type of behaviour is pretty rare now ... and thank fuck for that aye. over and out.

sorry forgot to mention, psylicobin in magic mushrooms iv very unstable and is destroyed by heat, oxidization and even sunlight not to mention a fair amount of it would have to be injected into the plant to make the buds close to psychedelic. imo i think anyone wasting shrooms like that should be slapped about

Hi madturk,

Have heard lots of 'rumors' over many years around injecting plants, not so much with drugs but more PGR's (Plant Growth Regulators) and plant hormones. but each plant has its own hormones and regulators, which are 100 % natural and do the task without any interferance from me.

As for the spray. I have actually seen this done, with coca cola. It was nice and sticky. This was over 10 years ago. But this was more for weight. The resulting smoke just wasn't right. Had a 'funny' taste . They were after weight to sell on to a bulk handler, so quality wasn't their aim.

 

You want quality go as natural as you can .
