plants got small seeds at top of buds

have great plants runing in trelus and noticed today small seeds forming on tips of buds,

 

plants are week 2 of flower doing great. didnt find male or hermy. going to spray reverse.

 

can i pick off tip of buds to keep from seeding up? realy screwed if i get seeded. both strains good. blue dream, jack flash.

 

buding very heavy and have a ways to go.... reverse will keep male flowers from poping but what do i do to the little tips on the buds that have tiny seeds forming.

 

indoor, 1000s digital balasts, co2, merlin, ac, max fans. the works. need help.
