Magistrate urges Government to relax cannabis laws (SA)

Atkinson is a C&$% and I reserve that term for the nastiest pieces of trash in our political system.

 

*ahem*

 

Anyway, they're right though, once medicinal cannabis is made either legal or decriminalised the doors open a fair way. Recreational use follows quickly behind. This is a GOOD thing.

 

I'm very hopeful that the Californians get this proposition up. Will be facinating to see how they cope with the federal/state relationship.

 

But more OT, it's great to see the Justices who have to enforce this madness speaking out. The more who point out that this punitive system is doing nothing for the society as a whole, nor does it have anything to do with "justice" the quicker we can see more mainstream political debate around the legalisation question.
