They MIGHT be reffering to drug induced psychosis, but since they didnt mention it, screw em. Lets assume they are idiots.

It's forced treatment that causes people to seek help for cannabis use. But they no that better than anyone. This is just more twisting of the facts so that it supports there flawed perception of reality.

Ahhh.. sometimes it's hard to stay positive..

 

Usually if seeing the name Jan Copeland I switch off. Most know she's the queen bee NCIPC and NDARC and obviously there to work the hive.

 

This time we get to see Amanda Roxburgh - NCIPC Senior Research Officer (along with many others).

Quite a title for a drone. And when seeing how many staff they have amassed, it's not surprising they drop propaganda on the media to continue their supply of honey!

Scary thing is many people read these things, even reasonably well educated people, and read it as confirming in their minds that pot is a dangerous, highly addictive drug, as dangerous as Ice.

The hysteria bred by articles like these is what creates their statistics in the first place. Too many young people smoke heavily and then get to a point where they either run out for some period of time or start to realise how much money/time they have spent on dope and the first thing they do is turn up at hospitals or call up organizations like NCPIC and start using the super potent evil hydroponic as a copout for being irresponsible.

 

Cannabis is advertised on tv here as a surefire way to drop out and fuck up so you can always remember that if anything goes bad or if you make some bad choices it will be there to take the blame. I think we will see a rise in stuff like this with cannabis culture becoming more popular in recent years.

 

Education about cannabis that neither glorifies or condemns it's use is really what is needed.
