Vaporizer Curiousity

Recommended Posts

I know if I keep bongin' I'll probably get to like it but I thinks its better all round if I don't.

and I prefer sharing a joint when with friends. Think I converted one of my friends the other night, she had never done pot before and with a coupla puffs of a joint was high as a kite...she's left two messages for me since asking how she can get some of her own :D

I just ordered the vaporizer from marijuanavaporizer.com today! I can't wait for it to arrive. We are joint smokers, so it sounds like this will be quite nice. We tried the bong for awhile, again, (having used one all the time when we were younger :D ) but are now coughing all the time. That's no fun! The old lungs need a break!

Will give you an update when it arrives. Thanks for your info guys. It's been a big help.

Cheers

howdy,

I got a big interest in these things but Im 100% bong dedicated and there is no way in hell I'm sucking off sum little tube after waiting ages for it to heat up or whatever it does. I hate the things they look and are stupid.

Anyhoo, has anyone used a heatgun method?? with a normal waterpipe?? and how do I get a heat gun??

I was using a vap in one of the coffeshoppes in the dam last year it was made with a glass bong and had water and everything you used it exactly as a bong no little tube to suck out of you hit the bong normally as you would when smoking

It worked flawlessly and was a beautiful pice of work the vapors were colled by the ater and you only blew out a small amount of vapor after your hit the buzz was very clean and straigh to the head

the beauty was i was able to smoke the same bowl of buds 3 times in this rig thats right 3 times

same buds got buzzed all three times dont buy the cheapy glass globe jobs they arent strong enough

somewhere i saved some literature on the manufacturer of these vap machines

it is the best one ive ever used it was at the green house shoppe i believe the smallest shop they may sell them online or have links to this guys rig

i tried vaps all over the dam and this one was the absolute best

maybe t-boat is familiar with the vap im talkin about seein that hes a local

im sure he could find the link for us

another thing on vaps

the ones with the heat element that you place the buds on suck the true trick and sign of a GOOD vap machine is one in which the heating element NEVER touches the weed. the element that heats should be a seperate element that sits just above the bowl of weed and heats the bud without touching the bud

all these lil ones with the globes are crap compared to a GOOD unit I am still looking for info on the one in the dam

the plus side to that unit is its a bong and a vap all in one can be used either way ill keep lookin

actually i believe it was an american company marketing the thing surprisingly

ill keep lookin and try and find link and pics for you all to see

I think your talking about the VRIP from Superior Vapourisation Technology, I have read the stuff, and understand that the cone has little to do with it, all that is needed is an electric heat gun and a deep cone piece.

But yeah, electric heat guns cost more than any vapouriser does in the first place.

Rokerijdude11, did you get any taste?? that is all I care about, I smoke for the taste, I don't get much of a buzz no matter how much I smoke and I smoke alot, so I'd like to vape for health reasons, but am i gonna taste the shit?? Is it gonna be like pulling a bong or more like sucking a empty tube?

yes indeed there was a taste but it was muchless noticable not as strong of a taste

still looking for the unit i was talkin about but the taste was there and the buzz was also there i was a disbeliever before using this unit

i had tried the lil globe units and they didint seem to have either taste or buzz factor

yes you need a deeper cone so as not to burn the weed here is a picture of the portable 12 volt unit made by the company that i tried in the dam as you see it is a seperate heating element alltogether and you use your own bong with a cone that they provide

ill keep lookin

the one i was using had a larger version of the heating element same setup though it plugged right into a regular out let and had a lil control box that the element attached to

they were using a large glass bonga 3 footer with a huge bubble at the bottom this is made by a dutchman who is good freinds with Mila over at the pollinator shoppe im sure that t-boat must know the man too i only met him the one time and it was as he was leaving

all i know is before then i would have bad mouthed vaps all day long thanks to the Dutch for once again putting me straight

the draw back on these units may be the price

ive seen many that use heat guns and this man used them in the early years too till he changed over to the elements shown his website is kinda out of date i tried the new unit last november and it isnt shown in his online catalog

only showed products and history till 2000

but i give it a thumbs up it works and it works well

the taste is like a concentrated taste so its a lil different than the burn but the first 3-5 hits are the tastiest
