g day all , just out of sheer discust . i put together a hyperthetical court case , which i think should go like this .

 

defence for the accused .

your honor members of the jury , iam here today to defend my client . a harmless outcast from society , a plant if i must say . a plant that through out the history of mankind has sustained life and brought happiness to many cultures and civilizations in many many ways . a plant your honor that has a sweet aroma that is pleasant to ones sences , a bush your honor that will bloom all year round with its own unique flowers that come in many shapes and sizes . that are a wonder to the eye of the beholder . as equal to the flowers of the rose . my client did not just clothe the human race for the last 6000 years as shown in many documents through out history . no your honor my client did much more . my client supplied the rigging and the sails that brought pioneers such cpt cook and columbus to our foreshores centuries ago .

this wonder of nature if i will members of the jury , that has brought site to those who could not see , relief to those in pain , peice of mind to those suffering anxiety , your honor if i were to go on the jury would not get to sleep tonight .

dear sir what was your 1st and most horrorfying encounter with this so called evil plant . and please tell me how it brought you so much relief . i refer to my client sitting in his pot , this poor misjudged cannibus plant .

If I may address the Court :

All of this is simply non-sensical Beaurocratic nonsense 'your honour' ...

A persecution over such a small number of plants (situated in and around the other gardens and native plants basically nurturing themselves along side the Veggies , Roses and Strawberries) ... IS utterly ridiculous beyond any thoughtful means.

I thought that the Courtroom was a valuable equation in sorting out the rights from the wrongs in our chaotic society , but maybe I'm mistaken.

What exactly is the harm I've caused? ... has a neighbour been offended by my enthusiasm for gardening? (or lack thereof?)

I suspect that not any of us would see that as likely.

Surely the head of the court should be able to determinate what is a victimless and harmless act of free will , and a serious and malicious crime. ? . There are very evident distinctions apparent to even the most casual of observer.

 

How does it help anyone to administer persecution in this matter?
