co2 burn?

helloooo..... sooo i typed co2 in the search bar and amazingly nothing poped up...weird

 

anyways i have some questions about co2....i know its good but what i dont no is how can it be bad?

 

my babies recently went extremely yellow and havent grown in 2 weeks.....im thinking its co2 burn...

i checked my regulator and even when the timer was off the green ball was still floating,indicating its still on. i think co2 has been gradually flowing into the room for....close to 1 week and i think thats that villian to my babies. any advice would help.....i have checked google and all searching for sighns of co2 burn but there are no photos anywhere.....

 

ppm is low.....lights arent close enough to burn plants..........i just dont know why there so small/ not growing and so yellow. could to much co2 be the reason?

I find my plants go yellow when my ppm is to low, put up some pics help ya out abit more.
