brunnings coco brick

alright was walkin thro bunnings and seen this, "brunnings feed and mulch block" now for one, it isnt the right once is it? need the potting soil right? and secondly its got a slow release fert in it called "Nitrophoska" (nitrogen and phosphorus) right or now? (sorry guys had to ask coz my local hydro shop is USELESS.

Bunnings coco brix work fine, there r 2 types and u DO NOT want the one with the slow realase ferts. Make sure u flush it prior to use with ph adjusted water

sorry mate couldnt understand that, so that one is useless? or should i just flush it before i use it? also got large chunks of bark in it right or wrong?

Couldn't be much clearer dude. Maybe you should re-read the post.

 

He said there are two types and you DO NOT want the one with slow release ferts ... ie; the type you're after has no slow release ferts in it... flush the medium with pH adjusted water before use.

fuck bunnings get some good quality coco coir from hydro shop.

hey, like i said my hydro shop is USELESS, they only sell the small bricks and only 1 brand....Searls. Well plants have been transplanted and seem to be loving it, 70%co-peat and 30% perlite, the mix sound alrtight or too much perlite? now just to work out how often to water..... bout every 1-2 days right?

one your thinkin of is the mulch one i think if its full of bark and has nitrophoska but yeah ya not goin for the brick anymore just thought i would let ya know for next time.
