Classic bud :) It is all part of their training at the police academy. Bust the cannabis users, growers. It is a lot less work than preventing crime. The only reason they came down heavily on the heroin trade around China town in Melb was because an off duty cop got the shit belted out of him a while ago. Otherwise it would still be going on out in the open. Frustrating times we live in atm. Public opinion needs to be changed. Now where is Derryn Hinch when we need him. ;).
