What Nutrients Should I Use?

I have recently purchased a 4 pot hydroponic drip system and am going to be growing 4 Northern lights feminized in a 1X1X1.8 Mylar grow tent under a 400W Mh light. Medium: Coco Coir, Was wondering what nutrient solution should i use for the vegetation stage and if theres anything else i should add to increase the quality of the plants. Cheers

G'day Herbman, again I'm no expert ,but, I have achieved excellent results with Canna Coco A + B as a base nutrient. The addition of Cannazym ( plant enzymes ) & Rhizotonic ( for root development ) seemed to only increase the growth as well. If you go to the Canna website it gives a more in depth description of the products.

Canna is ok but not the only good product around, Nutrifield, Growth Technologies and House & Garden all do a decent coco nutrient as well, plus there are any number of other brands around that work OK.

 

Really a matter of personal choice though, H&G is working best for me, others do OK with cheap aussie made products.

Just make sure they are coco nutes, not general purpose hydro nutes.

Yeah thanks ill keep an open mind in regards to brand, I do have a local canna store i recently found out so they may influence me somewhat
