What happens after harvest?

Recommended Posts

No probs heli :yahoo:

The taste is in the drying and curing. And this may surprise you, but a study carried out years ago concluded that fertilised buds were more potent than unfertilised; the female plant having reached its full potential.

Either way, it works well for me as I have thousands of good quality seeds each year for the following years crop. Forward planning..... :toke:

I've had a quick look for the study and found it here. http://www.ukcia.org/research/opticsandthc.pdf It's pretty heavy going.

Many other growers have commented on it, this post is interesting:

In view of this reality, why do the caucasoids of the world think seedless marijuana is so great, irrespective of the gene pool or whether the plant is even parthenocarpic? Harvesting unpollinated marijuana for the "red hairs" is as stupid as harvesting apple blossoms instead of ripe apples. It is only five or six weeks AFTER pollination or the photoperiodic onset of parthenocarpia that the exuded resin spheres on marijuana, in the presence of the UVB photon, will contain fully realized THC and become the "ripe apples" to be harvested.
