new to oztralia...

is it legal to buy seeds if living in Sydney, NSW?

if so, where can they purchased from? is there something available online?

It's illegal, nowhere in Oz that you can buy seeds legally.

 

Many seedbanks online and some deliver to Oz, check the forums there is a wealth of information about it.

 

I'd also be looking into the laws and penalties for growing in your State (they vary from State to State) if your new to Australia. Pretty silly doing anything illegal without knowing the consequences especially in a foreign country...
