Growlush 600w hps

Hi all, I use a 600w growlush hps running off a digital ballast to flower my plants after vegging them with cfls. One of my mates has been telling me that these particular globes are rubbish and my results would be much better with a son t agro bulb. I dont think this is correct. I am quite happy with the results from the growlush but don't have any experience with any other globe type. Could he be right? Does anyone else use growlush globes? Has anyone had experience with both brands of globe?

As I said I am happy with the growlush but some experienced opinions would be appreciated.

p.s Just thought of another one, does anyone else use a/c for their primary source of climate control in their room? is this a good idea or not? I realise that lack of fresh air could be an issue but not in my case as the unit is blowing into a drobe from a room that is very well ventilated. I don't think I have any probs with this setup, all appears well, not much experience to go off but. the drobe is a constant 26 degrees. Just curious if aircons are good to use for cannabis or bad.

ive used grow-lush and cant really say i had any problems, but ive used a few and not really had any issues? then again i dont take lumen readings etc, and im certainly no expert...

my air-con runs whenever my lights are on...16deg.

Never took a lumen reading in my life, just make sure you are over what you think you will need is my motto, probably could have got away with 400 watts or less (only small area). Thanks for the input about the globes man, I think to that growlush are all good, and I believe Australian made (bonus).

As for the a/c isn't 16deg a little low? I thought had to be in the 20's or growth is affected.

...air-con runs @ 16 and still gets up to 30 when the lights are on.

temp really depends on style of grow.

my grow 30+ room temp, but res and water temp is 24...

"growlush" are ok but not better !

How many lumens for the son t agro? The growlush has 95,000.
