Is 36c-38c too hot?

Im running at 37C lights on and 28 lights off and theyre doing ok. Though nowhere near as good as when it was cooler. My advice - forget the portable as they are inefficient crap. I wasted 600 on one, ended up pissin it off as it wasnt doin shit. So i got a small window model, sat it on a wooden box, and got some cardboard boxes to enclose the inlet and outlet, hooked duct to them ( and 150mm inline fans) and it worked heaps better than the portable - at half the BTUs too.
