FREE(literally) measuring device 2 acurately measure liquids in mills

Hey Just today I was looking for something to use as a dropper to measure out 1-2 mills of seasol mixture, and I accidently came accross one of those little Soy Sauce Fish droppers for your sushi lying around in the kitchen, it's absolutely perfect! it fills up to about 2ml and you accurately measure out your nutes and stuff! approx 20 drops is about 1ml, takes the hassle out of measuring Edited December 6, 2009 by Astro84

dude..... most hydro shops will give you a 2ml dropper that goes up in 0.5ml for free... and medicine measuring cups are perfect for measuring more... cost about 50 cents...... If you are sitting there doing 20 drops just to measure 1ML you will make your money back in a day with time you will save...

For small amounts of coco nutes I used a 10ml syringe that came free with some ear antibiotics. No mess, no spill, just accurate measurement.

 

For more free syringes than you can poke a stick at - make friends with a nurse

If you have a hospital or doctors surgery near by go an ask them for some out of date jobs. They'll give them to you if you ask them nicely enough.

I donated one of my kitchen measuring sets to my grow room and so far so good.

 

I use a half cup measure, one of the spoon measures and my PH down came with a graduated eyedropper. no worries so far

I manage with 250ml and 500ml measuring cups.. I only use one product that has very low dose 0.3 ml/per liter for that i use a 1ml pipet or 5ml chemist eye dropper. Drippers are like those yellow retic hole punches you needs heaps of them because there never to be found when needed.

 

Dont trust those the Canna and other built into nute bottle squeeze measuring cups/cavity, i always end up with extra part A/or B vs my trusty 250ml cup. If you use powdered nutes and additives a 4 way plastic measuring spoon would be your weapon of choice.
