Barnett's WA Cannabis Law Repeal UPDATE

Recommended Posts

Hi, I'm pretty new here, just now actually, the way I got here was by searching for info on the agung buddy smokeless pipe I just bought myself, and while buying it I got into a discussion about the current WA laws being pushed through... Anyway I found it kind of ironic that it led me back here to these laws I was only discussing earlier tonight! Now as the place I bought it from was handing out some brochures on the proposed changes I though I'd share the contact info on those pages...

Also I appologise in advance if this is in the wrong area, I joined the nazis over at grasscity and was banned almost instantly for making a couple of jokes in my opening post, ever since I've been trying to find a great community that don't jump to conclusions and give new users a fair go... and by the looks I think I've found a new place I'll be spending much of my future time...

Anyway here are those details:

It tells me all contact details are available at www.parliament.wa.gov.au and we should write to all members of the legislative assembly and legislative council.

These were just the ones on the piece of paper, again I'm fairly new to this whole scene but am already, and was before I started toking, a very strong supporter of the great herb that is. Thanks and I look forward to getting to know you all,

The minister handling letters regarding this law is Dr Jacobs the minister for mental health.

You can email him at

Minister.Jacobs@dpc.wa.gov.au

So far he has replied to all my emails.

The idea above is also pretty good, to get the word out to the other members particularly your local one.
