BaronS
though it is technically 'dealing' for me to give a mate some smoko I think we all agree that 'personal use' may include such gifts to friends or family. Think about the smoking habit of yourself and several close friends/family who are also smokers. How many kilo do you need THIS YEAR?Not every year is a good year, so let's build a bit of a buffer in there, how many kilo do you need for THIS YEAR AND THE NEXT?Matter of fact, let's make a 5yr plan, HOW MANY KG? It's all 'pissin in the wind' however, the guy is a commercial grower.

More to the point....as I asked.....where has it crossed from a personal to a commercial amount by your standards BS? It's all 'pissin in the wind' however, the guy is a commercial grower. So what are you saying BS? He should have been locked up because of it?
sparkler
Baron - you've made it clear you believe he's a commercial grower...fair enough. Even if that were true, it's still a GOOD thing that the man doesn't have to rot in a jail cell for x number of years while his kids grow up without him. Even if he was dealing, he certainly wasn't doing so as "a living" as he only attended to his crops once every couple of weeks plus most of the crop was useless anyway and would of been thrown out, not sold. There was also only one person he sold to...and that guy was his mate. Then again...even if he was a major dealer profiting in a major way (which he clearly was not)..so what?! It's still good that he got the verdict he did. Users need dealers, simple. I'd be pissed if any of the dealers I know (who have kids, wives, are loving partners and respectable members of their communities) were sent to jail for supplying me with a plant that should be legal anyway. I'm chuffed for the guy regardless Edited November 28, 2009 by sparkler
BaronS
NO, I actually think laws should be changed, however 'you made the bed, now sleep in it'. and don't promote misconceptions (like 'I'm addicted') because it does the rest of us NO GOOD. You had children when those beans went in the ground, YOU chose to risk it. We are not judging your children.
sparkler
I said in my first post I've never been comfortable with the term "cannabis addiction" I ain't promoting anything. Edited November 28, 2009 by sparkler

What bed? The court found him to be a personal grower BaronS. The only person here who doesn't seem to like it much is YOU. YOU judge him to be a commercial grower, not the system and courts. As I have asked a few times now...at what point do YOU make the judgment someone is a personal or commercial grower? I await your answer with anticipation

MongyMan
the answer has already been posted. where BaronS? Edit: Yup, read back over and no answer. Guess you are just one of those judgmental people BaronS who go to water when questioned on their right to judge and chose to run instead of make an intelligent argument as to why their judging is ok. I said in my first reply in this thread....As someone who grows primarily for the interest of breeding, this mentality of "oh that was obviously commercial so its ok he got busted" pisses me off. You would judge my setup as commercial without a doubt simply based on plant numbers BaronS is my guess, even though it's no more commercial than your own, and if I got busted would you be one of the fuckwits saying oh he deserved it? If your stand remains the same with no explaination....with all due respect FUCK U and your attitude to me and my grow methods. bufo marinus
Why should the Magistrate believe you? 10 plants is the personal limit for hydroponicly grown in NSW I do believe, does this mean you should go to jail? Edit; I'm not wasting my legal stuff on this douche bag Edited November 28, 2009 by bufo marinus
