BaronS
so I waited for comment before making my own, but now I'm ready. A gun loving commercial grower with a history gets off scot free and everyone applauds. 'I'm addicted to cannabis' and 'if you jail me who's gonna look after my kids'He's lucky I'm not a magistrate. EDIT: (coz I had to) I DO NOT consider this a positive thing for personal growers. Edited November 27, 2009 by BaronS
darken
nah baron it was all personal. he was gunna throw what he didnt use away. yeah 169 plants is a bit much for personal. it is still a good verdict for him.
BaronS
good for him, but no-one else. I don't own a gun.I have no kids.I ain't addicted to weed. and I make no excuses for running a small cupboard of weed. The laws are stupid, they need to be changed. If you care to think about the ramifications of this case Baron you might pick up on the fact that times are changing in regards to sentencing + that guy must have ran quite a good case argument as the article says even the Magistrate changed his opinion. If he was using CFL's with his guns I'm sure you would be applauding. BaronS
if the guns were licensed they probably wouldn't be mentioned in the article. fuck off BCS. They found 169 plants AND 72Kg of already harvested shit. The guy is a commercial grower, and being stupid enough to get caught should cop it on the chin. There is no benefit for the personal grower/consumer here.
