Boiling to sterilize?

I have a basement grow.I have extra clay pellets,grow medium,and cups.The basement got real moldy on last grow.I bleached entire basement.My question is can I boil clay,and medium to sterilize and will bleach come out of clay pellets

mmm good q for sunday morning father , if youve already bleached the clay balls i can't see any other option .. boil it ... ...i had a similar event washed and washed and scrubbed , started the hydro off and the tiny lead weight i used to weigh airstone down with killed all plants quick sharp .. .. boil it or renew it .

if its only to rinse the clay ya can whack it in pillow cases and run it through the washing machine

I guess that if your plants look like Albino Kush then yes. Honestly don't know though.

If they are dry,you can microwave them to kill any harmful pathogens.Alternatively just throw them on a cookie sheet and throw in a 350 degree oven.

I wouldn't even bother trying to sterilise them anymore, just run some Cannazyme

Run some straight water through the system when it's all in place and check the EC of the water as the balls will hold nutrient salts. Dump it and refill with nutrient solution and some Cannazyme to convert whatever is left.
