Which beneficials are in Bio Bugs?

Hello. A mate gave me some Bio Bugs to try out and it's awesome I was trying to find out exactly what strains it has in it. All I can find is that it seems to have one or more Trichoderma and... other stuff. Thanks a lot.

 

Oh while I'm here, I noticed another product called Microbial, does this compare?

last time i used the powder it came it to variations one with multi strains of trichoderma and the older original sounds like you have the newer one.

 

do you find your res gets filled with stinking bubbly mess? maby i mixed it wrong from memory it has to be activated with sugar bubbled over night before adding to res, at the time my res was like a spa and turned a few semi organic products to muck..

 

Microbial my roots didnt like compared to rhizotonic and canna zym. i think its better suited to recirculating setups where alittle root cleansing is needed from time to time.

Cheers THC. I'm doing hand watered coco, so no res as such. So far I add a small dose of molasses and bubble it like ya mentioned, 8 hrs or more. It's a slightly cleaner process compared to the other teas I make though - gets filmy if you leave it 24hrs or so. I think it is the new product that I have, just that I don't have the label etc since it was a bit given to me until I need to buy more. I've found bits and pieces of info on the strains but it all refers to the older products. I think I remember an email address on the label, can anyone see it?

I havnt seen it on the shelves for a while now, and a quick search brought up nothing helpfull. If you get really stuck ring local grow shops to get bio bugs or makers Ph number. Its wasnt an easy product to find even years ago.

The manufacturer is in QLD. They are the same thing as Ag Bac. I remember getting some from a farmer friend some years ago and they are very cheap if you buy them in bulk. I'm sorry but I do not know the manufacturers name. Perhaps google Ag Bac and see if they are on the internet.

here we go ring Growth technoligies in hilton perth, they mix nutes and know what the other brands are doing. They mainly sell to fruit veg farms but also have there hand in the local hydro industry and always testing products. Im sure they will put you in contact with the Maker or atleast have info on best used + whats in it.

 

In the west i could only find a few shops selling it, a 15 min ring around from the yellow pages got me sorted. Failing that use canna zym and if your not using a root booster rhizotonic or B1 with zym gets you off the the best of starts.

I did a google and couldn't find the supplier for you I'm sorry. Maybe you could call a couple of agricultural supply stores and ask for Ag Bac and see if they know of the supplier. And yes Rhizotonic is great stuff as is vitamin B1. Good on you thc24

Cheers all, I appreciate the effort. Just an update, I found a pic of the label online and zoomed right in on it and it had the address gullyhydro.com.au. That page wasn't there so I googled it and found it's a store:
