Does this mean my plant is reverting back to veg?

Hey My plant was showing is showing preflowers and now that our days are getting longer ive notices the few hairs coming out of all my preflowers have turned brown and on some the hairs are gone but the calyx is still there anyway does this mean my plant is finaly reverting back to veg?

if so will calyxs die and fall off aswell?
