If nothing else Rusty is good at generating publicity. But I guess I will be there, probably. He has a chance of winning his case, I think, but after it first started there was legislation to make sniffer dogs legal, and legislation usually has a precedence over court decisions.

I was having a dig and being a rude cunt, cos I spend alot of time stirring crap with guys like you, Its easy to pick apart the naivety of old hippies trying to legalise pot. I've chose to shit-stir you twice now remember?? I think your protest is a good idea eh? I was always there for my mates when I had friends.

 

There is so many fucking injustices out there worse than old Rustys though, I had a schizophrenic mate who was caught with about 2grams, the cops told him if he got caught again he would go to jail unless he went to rehab and gets a clean slate. So he went to rehab for 6mths cos the cops lied to him and took advantage of the fact he's fucking crazy. As soon as he got out he spent his money they saved on a pound and is still fucked up.

 

Im sure many people with aids or hepatitus and previous drug convictions would be sent to jail all the time.

 

The whole point of what I said is "its all about who knows who" and that got repeated by you. If it was about the weed you would be protesting at every MJ related court case.

Seriously though, I've done my bit for the cause for years on end now, been run out of three Australian States because of my commitment and public protestations. Some of my previous public comments...

Most of the things I say can usually be taken with a grain of salt, like, I really don't want you to crawl under a rock some where, I'd just had an argument with an American child on the Yahooka discussion boards and well, shit splatters and you copped some I'm afraid.

The appearance in Court went as well as could be expected for Rusty, with 300+ people showing up for the day's festivities.

After keeping the man waiting until 3 in the afternoon, (five fun-filled hours of frolicing), Rusty's appearance before the beak was a short anti-climactic affair, lasting less than one half of one hour.

The case was adjourned until October 8th, when the festivities promise to be bigger and better as the wheels of injustice grind inexorably forward, crushing more innocent citizens in their path...

It's a good to point out on off the main problems of fighting the system is we potentially expose ourselves. As being a great supporter of M law reforms, and will argue it's benifits for days, I still baulk at going to events like the Nimbin Madis Grass as I could be regonised if any fun police cared enough to look there.

My good freind the Dr. is the opposite and will gladly grab the banner and march down the main street if ever asked. I think this would be silly as the only effort the pigs have made to stop mull is to bust the occassional unfortunate person. Just think how many growers that had visit last years cup that have been busted? None? More? So by avoiding all public meetings so I don't become known is the only way. I visited last years Cup won't be going again. Sigh.

As much as I admire and respect Ed Rosenthal and the great Frank Herer I don't believe it's possible for small growers to stand up and be counted in any way but anonamosly.

Been a betting man I don't believe I can ever be safe enough.
