Withdrawal sweating

.. dont mean to be alarming but night sweats are a symptom of Aids ...

 

get back to 5g a day and all will be good

Fuck me dead ,, what a load of shit ! It's this type of example that makes it mandatory to NOT BELIEVE all that is on the Net .

 

After stopping ANY habit ,, your body will stress a little , Geez ,, I love my beer ,, and if I STOP drinking ,, I get a bit sweaty at night for a few days and all comes good :D

i agree with closet grower, though weed has been proved to reduce or even stop the REM stage of sleep completely (REM is the last stage of sleep and its when you dream). could be your body's reaction to getting more REM sleep, maybe it might even be the fact that you're dreaming again cos of the REM increase, though most people cant remember their dreams or even the fact that they were dreaming so its hard to say for sure... i know ive had dreams that have caused me to sweat, how about everyone else?

 

ive experienced night sweats every now and then over the last few months, it could have been the times when i stopped smoking weed for a few days but i never thought to notice the connection so i cant say...

Agree. You're imagining it or its something else that you happen to have when you've given up. Withdrawls from pot! :D It'd have to be one of the least addictive drugs around. :D

 

Whats with the no no......just cause u come off it ok tells me u aint smoke enough :D, get 4gs plus up ya a day n i bet at very least u get cranky when going without.

ok so REM is taken away while smoking causing me to not dream & sweat that is isactly right!

When i smoke i have what I call a dead sleep No dreams no nothing hardly noticing. When I roll over it hardly wakes me. and almost no sweat in bed even if i'm hot also what i've noticed is I don't get cold in bed while i have smoked that day even in winter its feels like i have a warm glow inside while stoned.

When i don't smoke i dream like crazy REM overdose i spose and I rember alot of the dreams.

The dreams are exhausting feels like I haven't slept much while dreaming but when i smoke before i sleep i wake feeling fresh wether i have wake and bake or not.

Its as if im energised from the brain not being disturbed!

 

This got me thinking... Because of the dreaming my brain is using more energy causing me to burn fat.

Maybe the reason for the high REM levels is my body is trying to get the Thc out of my metabolites and back in my body because it feels the REM levels are to high for comfort causing stress and dreams. The energy being burnt from excessive dreaming is causing me to sweat right? thus meaning people that get anxiety from not smoking may just be because your brain is recieving to much REM the anxiety or what ever is your body trying to draw thc out of the metabolites???

 

I am not fat hardly any on me I am pritty fit aswell therefore the Thc is drawn out quicker out of my metabolites if i do exercise. Meaning i relax after working out people who get the anxiety may be because your not fit or you could have a case of mental history. People that arn't fit are at greater risk of developing mental illness if you smoke and get anxiety change what your eating and try working setup a fitness resume for the week and stick to it then in afew see how good you feel!

On average i use about ONE gram per month, very little compared to most i would say.

If i have a break on the 2nd and 3rd night i will usually have a cold sweat, notably my dreams are also very VIVID.

Mattick, i suggest you look at the pdf i uploaded in the club room about sleep, etc, it will teach you a lot about the stages of sleep and REM and how they work.

 

REM activity is good for you, some scientists believe that it is during REM sleep that a lot of our short term memory turns to long term. which funnily enough can help explain the popularly known symptom of the temporary lapse of memory while and after smoking weed.

 

When not in REM sleep you are in deep sleep (stage 3/4), which is the best stage for resting and recovery. the reason you feel better and energized or whatever after sleeping under the influence of cannabis is because you are getting a lot more deep sleep and less REM. REM sleep does rest you and whatnot, though just not as much as deep sleep. note that you dont stay in any one stage of sleep for long, you go back and forward between the stages several times over the night, without REM it just means that your stage 3/4 sleep periods are longer, therefore you feel more rested.

 

 

If you read the eBook i uploaded you can get a better understanding of this and eventually learn how to get as much energy, if not more, out of 4-6 hrs sleep than you do from 8-9 hrs now.
