Hi all. need some advice or a diagnosis of what is happening here. Havent seen this before

Am growing 3 plants and threw two clones in the spare pot to see if they'd bud up... were going well but one has gotten sick.

I am three weeks into flowering. Am running a recirc system under a 600W light with canna nutes at an EC of 1.5 above my tap water(.2). I have good ventilation also. This plant is the only one that is sick.

Its yellowing from the inside out. Plant is still real perky and trying to reach for the lights, not limp at all. I did cut some roots of this one and the bigger one the other week because they were trying to block my drain hole. Thought my an infection or something. Not sure, seems nute related though all the rest are healthy

Any ideas would be awesome.... cheers

looks like sulfer deficency to me , assuming your using decent nutrients though it generally means something else arye with the system , do the normal checks like ph , give em a fresh water feed ect then if you still see the problem to spread up your nutrient dose a bit , the reality is a plant doesn't need much sulfer so a show in a sulfer issue is actualy a seccondary symptom of something else

:peace:

heres an example of a sulfer deficent plant

Yeah looks like light burn, one plant is still healthy, I assume there is only one res?

I have trimmed healthy roots off before and not seen a single leaf droop, yet grown in coco and had plants 95% healthy with the odd leaf here and there curl up, always on the same node on each cola though? apparently through root problems? hot spots in the coco, so to see those strange leafs I have a feeling it may be something more than just light burn.

When you cut the roots, were there any brown spots where they were starting to clog the line?

If they are clogging the drain lines now you will need to check that every 3-4 days till around week 7 or so and or spin the plant half a turn every 3-4 days

Keep the pics coming though :peace:

Yeah only the one res... And nah no brown spots. PH is controlled at 5.9, will change it to 6.2 in few weeks to suck up the nutes when I add a dose of PK 13-14 for a week.

I was thinking sulphur deficiency myself. Might add some epsom salts and boost my EC a little...and see if that helps.

Almost 100% its not light burn because theres other branches that are closer to the light that are green and healthy as.

Thanks for your help.. keep it coming!!
