could i raise my plant under lights

Hey guys i just put my little seedling 4 weeks old on its 5th node now under a 48W (200W) CFL i am wondering could i grow it under this light here for 3 - 4 weeks then put it back outdoors when October starts cos then its spring.

 

also approximately how much would it cost me to run this globe 18/6 for 3 - 4 weeks?

yes but it will want more light. I would slowly change the timer from 18/6 to as close to the day light cycle you want to put the lady out side. as for the cost ? i dont know off hand i think if you look around the forum you will find what you need. I dont think it would be much for a month and less then 50 watts. I have a power bill off <100$ and have over 2000w going all most 24 7
