Hi folks, Just a question where can i buy seeds in South Australia. Am getting a bit desperate for some newies...

thanks, sorta thought so, but was just hoping. They are just so hard to come by

these days. Sometimes the "good old days" of seedy pot was a blessing.

Unfortunatly the buyers have demanded seedless deals (which of course the commercial growers supplied) for a long time in Oz now. Add to this, the idea that alot of personal growers have (that seedless buds are more potent than with seeds,even if it's just a few) which I think is bullshit myself. We now have the situation where 'the good old days' when almost every bud you bought or were gifted from a friend had a few seeds in it you could grow yourself, have become just that 'the good old days' for most now.

 

And if there was a soapbox smiley I'd use it now

 

 

C'mon people. BRING BACK SEEDS IN BUDS. It only needs to be a few. It's not hard to 'lightly seed' a crop. For the sake of the smokers who want to grow their own for a plethora of health and other reasons and not have to buy seeds from overseas seed banks and for the sake of preserving what imo is the worlds best high thc cannabis gene pool on the planet here in Australia before we lose it for good. BRING BACK BAG SEEDS

 

The best mums that people now call 'clone only strains' are just those times when in a seed all the genetics fall into place right. From my experience the best ones are found in 'bag seeds' the more multihybrid and mixed up the genetics the better the chance of finding that 'extra special' one.

 

If people want to buy seed bank seeds I can understand that too but not all do.......

 

So get those girls some boys and the rest is nature C'mon people

Sometime back a friend of a friend gave me three different types of imported seeds which were allegedly female. As I can't grow where I am and as I don't know anyone I could have given these to they are now buried somewhere at the local tip. I expect that similar events will occur in the future, but there you go.

Appreciate the 2c worth MongyMan, and the settiment, i am indeed an "old timer". In these days as one can well

understand there comes certain times when one must, how can i say, get rid off everything in a hurry sorta situations

and i now find myself with the slow but steady job of starting from scratch....again...

You know no seeds, no clones...

Ahh the good old days when i could just duck out and grab a bit of seedy bud, or take a cutting...progress...

maybe ...maybe not...sure the bud might be a bit better, but then again some of the "bush" from my own

back yard could cook toast at fifty paces....

anyway the search continues....

Was married in Nimbin church back in 1983, was a nice little "village", ahhh fond memories of nights full of mullum madness,

now that was a bush that started some legends...or at least some nice fariey tales...

 

yes maybe time to bring out the little black book and see what i can find..
