humidity in a veg cupboard

it gets a bit dry where i am sometimes the humidity has been getting as low as

28% though sits at about 48% most of the day/night

my plants look a little dry when the humidity drops

do you guys spray or do somethimg else?

Simple. Move to QLD.

 

Seriosly though, a bucket of water in there will help keep it up, especially if it's continually aerated.

 

If you are currently vegging you could consider foliar feeding.

Melbourne sucks for humidity, my grow room rarely goes past 30%.

 

Spray fine mist around the room several times a day, specially on underside of leaves, buckets of water, remove things that put off dry heat like electrical equipment, last resort go for a humidifier.

 

Having said that, ventilation/exhaust fans can suck all the humidity out pretty quickly depending on how strong they are, Ive put several/multiple of the above, and my humidity doesn't budge.

 

They survive fine in low humidity, just look a little dry at times... keep em well watered and they'll be fine

Never foliar feed with full strength nutes, quarter strength or less IMO/E

 

Be sure lights aren't too close if they are HID.

thanks guys i might try the foliar feeding my vent is for two boxes though only one running so it does

suck out the humidity pretty quick and replaces it with outside air i may reduce the ventiliation a little.

Yep , reduce the ventilation , that will increase the humidity . As has been said ,, dont have the light too close to the plants .
