Ive got a sativa budding outside ATM and will post pics of that as well as the real reason this thread exists - the Golden Thunder. Ive planted some GT seeds and hope they sprout for me - if not Ill chuck some in water (Ive got about 100 of them so meh).

 

GT is a Thunderfuck pollinated by a Malawi Gold - it produced spear shaped loose bud that gave a trippy high and had a slight fruity taste.

Ive planted another 12 different (possibly a few mango) seeds in rockwool and have put 8 more GT seeds into water incase the ones I put in soil dont work. I might get some cracked since theres so many (5 yo seed) - Im sprouting indoors cos its still 5C at night.

Nothing germinated so Ill have to sand the gt seeds and try again.

Bleh is all I can say about my germ success.

 

Ive got some other outdoor seed now so ill have another go with 12 of those and 12 GT to end up with about 4 each. Ive got old fishtank equipment so itll be hubbled and bubbled.

This is taking a while - . Put all the Redbeard in and some GT about 4 days ago and I think I can see some Redbeards cracking (didnt cover the seed in the cube since theres no light). Edited September 3, 2009 by wilderbud

OK backup plan #5...

 

Ive got 10 Jiffy pots awaiting the arrival of 10 seeds off my outdoor sativa (should be only a couple of weeks away) - this plan cannot fail.

I got a question tho,, in that last pic

do you by any chance know what percentage that shade cloth is?

I have always wondered what % would be most suitable for canna sun loving plants yet still hiding the plant.
