Official Poster and flier thread

Ok for all you leet designers that wanna contribute in that way please post your designs for posters and fliers here diversity is good so smoke some weed and get those creative juices flowing and design away.

especially the first one - I think it really highlights the medical issue.

 

I'll see if I can still remember how to work my graphics program . The biggest problem I have is finding images that are free to use. We have to be careful with copyright issues, or else be prepared to pay for stock images.

i love that first one im sure it wouldnt be hard to get a release form and go down the hospital and get a couple of snaps like that to use it really hits home and since NCPIC states that cannabis cures NO illnesses i think its great.

 

It needs some rally info though

Maybe use that on another vertically larger banner with the rally name at the top with location date time and website down the bottom

Im no artist but you get the idea

i would reduce the size and use both on the poster

to all poster makers

Please remember

the most important info must be Very large font size

big nuff to be read clearley from a passing car

take upto 1/3 of the poster

now

the most important info is

1 The NAME of the action

2 the PLACE where the action is to be held

3 the DATE of the action

the rest of the info can be quite small

stand in front to read clearly and can be very detailed info and have grafix and images

but the big three

NAME

PLACE

DATE

is crucial

as

the poster will be printed on hemp paper in 3 different sizes---> A4. A3 and as a flier

that is reduced and repeated to fit 4 posters on 1 piece of A4 hemp paper

so the small print must still be readable even when it is reduced on the flier

it can be a bit fiddley

and requier some attention to get it right

hehe thanks.. haven't messed around with images in ages.. i found GIMP is just like photoshop but its free and really small .. and soz didn't know they were for rally.. thanks for some parameters radic .. will try and figure out another one.. and yeah those images are ripped off so some legal ones would be good
