and the best way to roll a Joint

This is as close as I can get to instructions on joint rolling

 

and it's been a while since I lived in SA so I am not sure on the current prices.

I'm with you all on this. That's the dodgiest sounding post.

Almost as bad as this time I went to this pub, sat down, and was approached by a middle aged man who said "Excuse me, do you know where I'd be able to buy some illegal drugs? Preferably cannabis but I'll settle with anything".

 

From what I hear, it's about $10 a gram.
