You are just fine for now as one tip poking out is nothing to worry your green thumb about. Before you trans you want the root ball to be a bit more defined and holding together your medium pretty securely. By waiting until the plant has a more mature root system you will be doing your GREEN GODESS and you a huge favor.

considering the size of the pot u currently have that clone in, u wont need to repot for a while, my plants are 30cm tall and are still in the same size pots u are using, the root system is nice and tight, firm and healthy. but im repotting them 2moro.
