Ive gotta pull em REAL early! advice?

Man! wot a bloody rollercoaster! Its just one drama after another

They just rang me and said "We have discussed it overnite and decided that attempting to improve the property and rush thru a sale so quickly would put both you and ourselves under a unreasonable amount of pressure so we have decided to leave it until april/may next year" I fucking near had a heart attack from relief! It still hasnt sunken in fully.

Thanks for your listening and advice fellas, I think sometimes without the advice i recieve here I would have made some not to intelligent decisions. At least you can look at my life, have a laugh and think it "life aint too bad, it could always be like Cals".

And maybe one day I'll learn to post in the right topic

Its sunk in abit this morning. Im sitting here thinking that i cannot believe someone can make a decision like that and then change their mind all of a sudden. Im thinking the owner of the property i live in is a bit erratic. I best start looking for somewhere else to live

Anything coulda happened, maybe an opportunity for a return on a different property came up, you hit some good luck there nonetheless. I hope you buds are bigger for it!
