with regard to the sativa/indica thing, I read that the length of the trichomes indicates type of high. Sativa have long trichomes and indicas have short, while hybrids have a mixture.

 

I bought a microscope for $30 at the National Geographic shop.  Here's a pic  I took through it

 

but I find it difficult to use.  I also would be interested in where you can buy a 30X or more powerful magnifying glass.

Indica's have higher levels of CBD than sativa's, some sativa's have almost no CBD, mainly South African strains.

That doesn't mean that sativa's have higher THC levels though.

I heard a bit different, I heard that sativas have smaller resin glands and indicas have larger resin glands, and hybrids dont have medium sized but a mixture between the small and the big resin glands. The long stalks just look good only the resin glands get you high. Great White Shark is a mostly indica with very long stalks.

I think I might be abit late here but if anyone is listening I have a Tasco (brand name) model number 60516F monocular that is 30X. This thing makes me dream about shrinking myself to the size of the glands and running around with a straw and sucking the thc out of them mmmm.

 

I did a search and they are a aussie co at brookvale in syd they have links and shit, if not and u live in the sth west of syd go to Campbelltown hydroponics and see the dude there he gets them, I think they are about 100 bucks (do note quote me though my memory is shit).
