Where to buy Cannabis pollen

Ok i was thinking is it illegal to buy or sell MALE cannabis pollen since it contains no thc or cbd and if it wasn't

 

Where the fuck can i buy it. I seem to have trouble getting a male doesnt seem to matter what seeds i use i never get males. I am hoping that i get a male this round but in the mean time.

 

any thoughts?
