Not sure if their exactly 'safe' though as it's a brass plate that heat's up with a glass dome over the top. Not sure whether the brass contains heavy metals such as lead. No temp control so had to turn it off after about 15mins as the plate got too hot and burnt the smoko. And it only lasted about 12mths..... Mind you got my eye on a more expensive model as the vape actually 'feels better'(those who vape will understand). Good luck.....and crunchy let us know how the hangman vape performs.
